RETURN POLICY

Complaint procedure and withdrawal from the purchase contract is carried out according to valid business conditions. In the event of an unpleasant event and you are forced to claim the product or decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please contact us by e-mail at store@shupa.com or by calling 00420 606 214 115. In case this is confirmed to you send the goods to the address of the company headquarters, mark the shipment with the word COMPLAINTS, insert the claim form or cover letter together with the purchase document or order. If you do not have documents, please write us this information in the cover letter.

 

Always send complaints and withdrawal from the purchase contract without cash on delivery, ie at your own expense!

Otherwise the claim will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to the sender address.
